- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the night operations team to escalate critical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support (preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and impeccable grammar.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
