- Document interactions in Salesforce and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot escalated issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product updates and service protocols
- Train new representatives on customer engagement best practices
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote work settings
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support systems
