Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure applications load instantly and run smoothly across all devices and browsers.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Technical Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends in web development and propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- API Integration: Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Testing: Solid understanding of unit testing and integration testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environments.
