Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Innovation: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for next-generation autonomous systems and neural networks.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, predictive modeling, and edge computing optimization.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between legacy infrastructure and futuristic web3 and metaverse protocols.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers, ensuring code quality and adherence to future-proof standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable products.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system latency and throughput to ensure sub-millisecond response times in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong background in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Neural Network design.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks and innovating solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
