Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computing into legacy infrastructure.
- Conduct high-level code reviews and mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
- Identify emerging technology trends and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
- Collaborate with product management to define technical specifications and delivery milestones.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance under extreme loads.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
