- Mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business goals into technical strategies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Edge Computing.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
