Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Design and implement predictive AI models for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing applications
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and foster cross-functional innovation workshops
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing predictive models for complex systems
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and policy development
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurism or technology journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale foresight projects
