Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years in tech foresight
- Published author in Nature/Science with 500+ citations on technological singularity
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 CTOs on 10-year digital transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning for existential risk mitigation (nuclear, bio, AI)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python for global stakeholder engagement
