Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead scenario planning for AI-human collaboration paradigms
- Prototype immersive interfaces using AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and investors
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for experimental projects
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology Review
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (3+ citations)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing projects
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
