Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors impacting our industry
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven recommendations for strategic pivots
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable transformation initiatives
- Establish KPIs to track strategic progress and forecast market shifts through 2026
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives and interactive simulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and clean energy
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight projects
