Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, regulatory changes, and socio-economic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor a team of junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions based on emerging trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of accurately predicting market disruptions (provide 3 case studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
