Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Horizon at the forefront of emerging paradigms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer 2026-relevant technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an organizational culture of anticipatory thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
