- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and business teams
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) on future tech paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and industry symposiums
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology R&D
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle models and diffusion of innovations theory
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Demonstrated ability to present complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
