- Produce high-impact scenario reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies including horizon scanning and weak signal analysis
- Mentor a dedicated team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present visionary roadmaps at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
