Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies and societal trends for 2026
- Develop and publish annual 'Future Horizons' reports influencing C-suite decision-making
- Architect scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and space exploration
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business strategies using advanced analytics
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary 'Future Visionaries' program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in foresight, strategic planning, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or white papers
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, backcasting)
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy or policy development
