Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Integrate future forecasting into product roadmaps and corporate strategy documents
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and stakeholder summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented technology leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
