Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and organizational resilience planning for the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on 2026 strategic priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with 2026 technology adoption curves
- Advance organizational foresight capabilities through training and process innovation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) and their 2026 implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal futures (articles, books, reports)
- Experience building and scaling foresight programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF) strongly desired
