Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning for 2026 digital transformation across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop proprietary trend intelligence frameworks using machine learning and human-centered research
- Design executive foresight workshops that translate complex futures into strategic roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership reports on metaverse economics, neuro-interfaces, and climate-tech convergence
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Advocate ethical futures principles in emerging technology governance
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Publishing portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future trends
- Experience with foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization mastery
