As a key member of our Strategic Futures division, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to anticipate paradigm shifts, design adaptive roadmaps, and pioneer solutions for tomorrow's challenges. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar decisions across industries.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors impacting 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models using AI-driven analytics and human-centric foresight methodologies
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight findings into strategic roadmaps and innovation portfolios
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers for C-suite executives across technology, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend database using Python, NLP, and predictive analytics tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous innovation in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative trend modeling
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), statistical analysis (R/Python), and AI trend detection
- Exceptional storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology disruption (IEEE, Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-focused projects with measurable client impact
