Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, societal, and market shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present data-driven insights through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops to align cross-functional teams on future opportunities
- Author thought leadership content on emerging paradigms and disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology domains
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
