Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological breakthroughs, and geopolitical shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models and predictive analytics for enterprise risk/opportunity assessment
- Lead horizon-scanning workshops with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Author executive foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Identify and vet emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
