Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain proprietary foresight models for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Analyze quantum computing, bio-convergence, and climate tech disruption vectors
- Produce monthly trend briefings distributed to Fortune 500 partners
- Design AI-powered trend-prediction algorithms using proprietary datasets
- Represent the company at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists in emerging methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of published trend reports
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Published author in foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic pivots
