- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with enterprise disruption potential
- Design innovation roadmaps that align organizational capabilities with future market opportunities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Present foresight insights through compelling executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Mentor cross-functional teams on futures thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
