As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop scenarios that position our company as an industry leader. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and long-term organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal trends, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams to integrate future insights
- Establish quantitative/qualitative models to assess future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present future trend analyses to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong data visualization skills with experience in presenting complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
