Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for 2026-2031 horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace (e.g., MIT Sloan, HBR)
