You'll partner with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities, future-proof our portfolio, and position our organization at the forefront of technological evolution. This hybrid role demands both analytical rigor and creative foresight to navigate complex global landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps
- Design and lead innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author white papers and scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight into product development, marketing, and operational planning
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to prepare for future disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) highly valued
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
