Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning innovation with market opportunities and societal needs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Produce high-impact scenario planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Communicate complex futures insights through compelling visual narratives and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
