Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future implications
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database and early-warning system
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and speak at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural, interdisciplinary teams
- Published work in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
