Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026 market scenarios
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing, AI, and biotech research pioneers
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
