- Develop innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-economic factors impacting tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or tech innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record of influencing product roadmaps and business strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
