- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological singularity and societal paradigm shifts
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical deployment of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists to cultivate next-generation strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures narratives to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in futurist publications or peer-reviewed journals
