Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry impacts by 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities in adjacent sectors
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong network within tech, sustainability, and policy communities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trends
