Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal impacts through 2030

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Produce high-impact research reports and executive presentations on future possibilities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
