Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year commercialization horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and decentralized economies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
