Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients across fintech, healthcare, and AI
- Facilitate scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive strategies
- Author trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading publications
- Design and prototype innovation roadmaps incorporating quantum computing, AGI, and bio-convergence
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of future-focused practitioners
- Present findings at international conferences and client board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario methodology
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
