Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development and market expansion
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for technological singularity points
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with future market demands
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systemic risk assessment
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research expertise
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
