Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop and lead innovation workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to the board of directors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
