Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive trend analysis reports identifying 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning emerging opportunities with corporate objectives
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for high-impact future uncertainties
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into prototyping and pilot programs
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
