Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries to identify transformative opportunities
- Design and scale innovation lab ecosystems for rapid prototyping and market testing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 5+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
