Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce actionable intelligence reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Design and maintain a 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
