Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to map potential future landscapes and identify blind spots
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Design and execute innovation pipelines that translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Present compelling future narratives to executive leadership and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team while fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Establish key performance indicators for innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience leading high-performing innovation teams and managing complex projects
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
