Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying key technological shifts and market opportunities.
- Predictive Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and biotech to forecast industry disruptions.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product and engineering leads to prioritize initiatives that align with the long-term future vision.
- Innovation Labs: Lead an internal think-tank to prototype and validate high-risk, high-reward concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Executive Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-Suite and board members, translating technical jargon into compelling business narratives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a high-growth environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term (3-5 year) strategies that have resulted in market differentiation.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, specifically Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
