Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and disruptor scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and organizational resilience
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business recommendations for C-suite leadership
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation product development
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on industry futures and technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term innovation strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Published thought leader in innovation or futurism (articles, books, or conference keynotes)
