Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI tools
- Advolve Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (2020-2023)
