Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global trends in technology, economics, and social behavior to produce actionable strategic foresight reports
- Develop scenario-based models for 2026-2035 market evolution across key industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product development pipelines
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technology adoption and disruption forecasting
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation leaders
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for early opportunity detection
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in translating complex insights into executive action
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trend Monitor, SAMI, Scilynt) and data visualization platforms
