Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for C-suite strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
