Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Architect innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders, translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate emerging technologies and validate future market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional innovation councils
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide future-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated track record of influencing executive strategy through future-oriented insights
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
