- Produce annual Horizon Reports synthesifying technological convergence patterns
- Advolve executive leadership on strategic pivots and emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
