- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business transformation plans
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major publications
