Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure responsible technological deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published author in futurism, technology, or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight certification program)
